get it repair but there was not warranty on repairs since we are not putting a new roof, and that we could not warranty a roof that was put many years back by someone else and she was okay with it and of course, we proceeded with the repairs. Now almost 9 months later se calls and said that she has leaks when never leaked during the rainy months. I don't we should be responsible for leaks on work done 9 months ago and for a roof with a poor condition. the estimate only mentions one 8" piece rain gutter that was replaced not repaired around the other existing gutters. attached you will have a copy of the estimate. I am rejecting this response because:I was never told I needed a new roof by America's Roofing because I do not need a new roof. My issues were with leaking rain gutters. The same areas that were leaking in April of 2014 are leaking now. In January this year Angel sent his manager out to look at the problems, and to tell me that Angel does not guarantee his work. They would not make right the job they were paid to do.I have hired another contractor who does guarantee his work to redo the job. I am taking the time to make this know to save other people the same experience.
