I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Nothing stated in this representative's response is true. I have phone records to prove I have been calling and leaving messages since October 5th. Furthermore,  I have a signed 10 year warranty from this company at my home (I am currently away on business and will be happy to provide a copy of this warranty when I get back home this weekend). I have attached a screenshot of the company's website advertising a 10 year warranty but this individual claims that they only offer 5 year max. I had many quotes for my roof and no one offered less than a 10 year warrany so a  5 year warranty is very unusual. How can a company like this maintain an A+ rating? This is unbelievable and getting very frustrating. I need this resolved.

Client's Roof was replaced on 5/10. Here at America's Roofing Co.  The maximum year's of warranty on our labor is 5 years wich puts him past his warranty coverage.  We have in our possession a recorded message from 10/19/2015 that he wanted the leak addressed by 10/21/2015....

 He was contacted within the agreed time frame & an appointment was set with wife to take care of the problem even after the warranty has expired. The call that Mr. [redacted] made on 10/19/2015 was the first notice we've received of his roof leaking.  The representative that he originally was working with [redacted] is no longer with the company. I believe he was trying to contact her directly because this is the first we here of the problem.  We here At A.R.C. take are Labor warranty & stand behind every job.  We would like to let the client know that this will be handled in A professional matter & extend our apologies for any misunderstandings & inconveniences.

We Stand behind all of our work.  Even if its pass the warranty time limit.  We have scheduled an appointment with the respected client to have this problem resolved free of charge.
