Review: This "company" calls incessantly with telemarketing/surbey calls at all hours of the day and night despite our numbers being registered on the national DNC.Desired Settlement: I want them to put my numbers on their internal Do Not Call List.

We have also included this phone number in our internal Do Not Call list so that its is never called again in the future by our company. Review: This company repeatedly calls my number during late evening hours. They've woken up me and my family using this unethical and harassing practice. The internet is filled with complaints against this company's harassing business practices. I am on the national do not call registry. I never answer the call because they call at ungodly hours. I did call the number back to complain, but you cannot speak to a person. They have an option to be placed on THEIR do not call list, but there's no way I'm giving that out to a robo message. I want to talk to a real person about this issue. I found an alternate number for them, but the number listed on their website http://www.americas-survey.com contact us page dumps you to a voice mail which is full and hangs up on you. They provide no means of conflict resolution, and do not honor the national do not call registry. This company is really shady, and not a legitimate business at all.

Note: they are violating the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act by calling people on the do not call registry. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. I'm probably going to give the local PD a call as well and file a complaint t to get these guys investigated for potential criminal misconduct.Desired Settlement: my desired outcome is that they quit calling every cell phone we own as well as some government entity force them to use the actual do not call registry.

Please note they use an 800 # to make calls with no caller id. The number is 888-234-9939Desired Settlement: Do not call me on any phone number. Permanantly remove home [redacted] from your system.
