I had a NEGATIVE experience that was VERY similar to the previous one this review site, except that it had no connection with [redacted] and I was not in tears. An Indian person who told me his name was Allen J[redacted] told me they WERE approved by the Revdex.com. I see on your website that they are NOT approved. I was switched to another person, "Gary" when I would not authorize them remote access to my computer. When I said I would have to research their company and call them back, they became loud, rude and insisted if they didn't fix my Windows errors TODAY, that I would have to buy a whole new computer. It is surprising to me that no more negative reviews have been posted. THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A REPUTABLE COMPANY. BEWARE!
