The sale person lied and manipulated my wife, he convinced to buy use tires. He told her they was better than the ones on her 2016 GMC Terrain.Her initial problem was a flat tire, because the had been plug to repair in the passed; that their company policy would not let them repair the tire. They did not have the same tire in stock for her GMC . They only had the use tires. He guaranteed they would be better. Even though they was a little bigger tire. But she would get a better ride.
After about two week my wife let know of her discomfort with the performance of car.
But after I double check the tires were defective, that why someone remove them from them vehicle.
Intern her vehicle ride very bad . The only solution they want to sale us another set of new tires, for double the price.
On 10/11/2019 we were attempting to fix a flat tire on Marvin's vehicle. The tire was not repairable and to keep the cost down we sold a set of used tires. After the tires were installed Marvin told us that he didn't like the tires. We offered to give him full credit for his purchase and apply to brand new tires. He declined.
