? I am rejecting this response because:
You are outright lying number one there was no jetted tub in the hotel room I had a standard tub so I did not break the Jets in a tub that wasn't there and I was told that the maintenance man had to come because they were fake rose petals and he use a shop vacuum to vacuum them up so that only probably took the same time it would to vacuum anything elseYour corporate office has said that several problems have come from the way you treat your customers so I'm sure that you lying and being as rude as you were on the phone to me and even giving me a name of who was working is just standard how you operate
