This gentleman was given two rooms under the wrong name unfortunately, which was a mistake on the front desk attendant’s part. She was a newer employee. He also was charged for the two no show rooms that he had reserved. He did a chargeback on the two no show rooms. Once I
looked into the situation, I saw that he was charged a total of four times so I did not dispute the chargebacks and he was reimbursed for the two rooms that were no shows.
