Americlean Dry Cleaners

Review: I submitted my black suit to Americlean Dry Cleaners during the week of August [redacted], 2014 to be dry cleaned. I got the suit out of the cleaners on Friday, August the [redacted] 2014. Two days later, I noticed that there was damage to the upper right quadrant of the suit jacket. It appeared to look as if the suit had abrasions or got slightly burnt. Finally on September the [redacted], the [redacted] found time to speak to me about this issue. He suggested to only give me 20 dollars of dry cleaning credit. the suit cost $200.00 two years ago when I bought it. According to The Depreciation Guide, Form 2001D, Men Suits depreciates 20% each year. I think my suit jacket is worth $60.00.Desired Settlement: A check for $60.00
