he accepted the unit, and paid the Security Deposit to move inHe received the First Month of Rent for Free, that was our special we had for the month, He signed the lease and said he would return the following day
with family to get his keysWe reached out to him for several days, with no responseOn November 28, 2017, Mr*** came to the office with someone stating he wanted his security Deposit backHe said his family said the property was too far, and he was ill and couldn't move in, and he wanted his deposit backHe was told that we cannot give him his deposit back, it has been deposited.to his account, and at this point he would be breaking his leaseHe was belligerent and upsetManagement intervened and let Mr *** out of his lease with no penalties, with the agreement that he would forfeit his deposit and application fee: He signed a paper stating that he has been released from his lease, and all money paid will be forfelted
There is an Early Termination fee of times the rent that is usually associated with breaking a lease, but under the circumstances Mr.*** was let out of his lease with no penalties, and he signed a paper stating he agreed with the terms
