I hired Americo to install a new sidewalk at my residence, approximately 10 years ago. the walkway is flagstone. The grout material used began deteriorating quickly as, no portland cement was used to strengthen the material.

I contact them least several times to request that they provide an estimate to re-do the grouting. when I finally was able to talk to someone..rick C[redacted] he said he would take a look. I never heard back. This was over a year ago. They just blew it off.

I have since had another company do the work, using the proper mix of material.

I would never hire or recommend this comany.
