in reference to the above
referenced complaint.
In
compliance with state and federal privacy laws, we are required to restrict
access to policy information to the policy owner. Since the documents we have been
provided do not contain authorization to deal directly with and release policy
information to your offices, our response
has been sent directly to Mr. [redacted] via first class mail.
If an authorization by Mr. [redacted] to respond
directly to your offices exists, please provide a copy of that to our offices
and we will be glad to provide our response directly to you concerning the

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the ongoing standard response of not assisting me in any way regarding my double payment and request for refund of one payment, to be expedited from them. Originally contacted their "Policy Assistance" division on 11/2/15 regarding policy # [redacted] which they were to refund the payment for. Talked to [redacted] and others numerous times along with submitting Voided check w/ letter of requested refund,FAX'ed and received by them 11/2/15. This is 11/17/15 and the same non-response, denial of existence and effort to not resolve "expedited fashion" still on-going. Original FAX transmission sent from UPS 11/2/15 UPS Store #[redacted] @ 2:29 PM and confirmed received by Americo. UPS store telephone is ###-###-####. I have all copies and receipt of transmission.Very Sincerely,
