Review: Hello:I am writing to complain against American Comprehensive Health Care Medical Group (Americomp) previously known as AFAM in Brooklyn, New York. I am complaining against the following entities: American Comprehensive Health Care Medical Group/ AFAM [redacted] Tel: ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### or ###-###-####I, [redacted]i worked at AFAM from December/2011 to December/2012 as OBGYN physician for period of one year. In my contract with them it is clearly stated that they will provide me with occurrence malpractice insurance or claim maid policy and its corresponding tail policy. They have not kept their promise as stated in the contract and have not provided me with the tail. I have called, send email to everyone above several times and noting has been done since I left AFAM in December/2012, little more than a year basically totally ignoring and refusing to respond. As a result of their unprofessional conduct I have been place in a very slippery slope that has legal and professional ramification. 1) AFAM failed to porches tail on my malpractice insurance as it was stated in the contract leaving me exposed to any complications or legal issues that may arise from my one year of employment with them. They are at breech of their contract and continue to do so creating big danger to my professional career. Please see attached copy of my contract under item 12. Insurance. 2) Many employments require this tail before applying for employment opportunities, I recently I came experienced this that an excellent employment opportunity was hesitant to look at my application unless I take care of this issue and for me to buy stand alone tail as OBGYN physician would cost over hundreds thousands of dollars at this time.In conclusion, AFAM by breeching their contract has place my in a great danger professionally and has jeopardized my future professional endeavors. Please help me to resolve this issue with them as it would be much easier and right thing for them to do. Thanks. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I recently had to porches $117000 tail for my malpractice insurance and this was responsibility of Americomp, my former employer, as per their contract they are responsible for this and have refused to pay over a year.
