Review: Mr [redacted] is the owner of this company. I bought a house on [redacted]. This house is just up the street from Mr. [redacted] business and he was recommended to me to install tile in two baths, and a sunroom floor. He installed the floor in sunroom and went on to work in bathrooms. He didn't finish the tile in bathroom in hallway and I have repeatedly called him since July. He told me in July it would be about a month to get there, I didn't have a problem with this . I cannot move in till after I return from vacation and that was on sept.5. He said that would be no problem. I have a caretaker open house everyday for workers. He never came and I called again about the eight of sept. he said it will be at least another week. I called again on or about sept.20!th. he said he did not know when he would get there he was very busy . I keep calling and he kept putting me off and he stopped answering my calls. Finally he answer my call and said he did not plan to come back and install the approx. three Feet of wall that he didn't finish. He said my Forman told him to stop where he did. I did not have a Forman and the man he was talking about "[redacted]" was the his friend who recommended him. I paid extra $1500.00 over all other bids because he said Mr [redacted] did great work. The work is of very low quality. I had a kidney removed and could not travel to see what he did and my friend said he thought it looked ok. I paid Mr. [redacted] at once. He called a few days later and said he forgot to bill me for some more tile he bought for me and that was another $350.00 or so. I paid that at once ,my son said it was ok because I was not billed for that extra tile. No problem. At this time he said he didn't care if I wrote you or not, he was not going to finish and got very nasty on the phone,said he didn't care about your report he was not going to finish the three feet of wall. This was last week.Desired Settlement: Finish the three feet of wall so I can have my bathroom finished before I move in. I am 74 years old and he knows he is taking advantage of me. His business is only a few doors down the street. The men that worked there broke a new heater and threw out a box of electric parts in kitchen. They said they did not know I needed these things. The man named [redacted] was the one who said on my new electric heater he put on porch to dry the grout, I would like this to be fixed by replacing a new Wheel.
