Dear ***, I wanted to take the time out of my day to thank you and your company, for doing such an outstanding job fixing my central air conditioning unitMy unit stopped working on July 4th, and was able to get an appointment first thing on Monday, after a holiday weekendMy appointment time was scheduled today between 12- I was pleasantly surprised when your office called to tell me that the technician was on his way, and he would be arriving before [redacted] showed up at my door around and was very friendly and professionalHe surmised that my motor on my fan had gone bad, after describing to him the burning smell that was throughout the house on FridayHe was confident that he could assess and fix the issue and have my ac up and working that dayHe worked efficiently and very quickly, not letting the hottest day of the year slow him downI was amazed and very impressed by his skill and his ability to work so quickly in the heat, and to replace my fan motor and add refrigerant, all in about an hour’s timeThe temperature read on my thermostat and was steadily climbing, and I was concerned about the pets and their safety and comfort with such high indoor temps Rest assured I will sleep well tonight in a comfortable house, and will have peace of mind, knowing what a great job [redacted] did and the solid service that your company providedAmericoolVA has definitely won my service, and I will insist that my Home Warranty using you guys next time, and you have a customer for life Thanks, [redacted]

We had our furnace, heat pump, and water heater replaced by this company a couple months back and as per contract they were going to handle everything including pulling permitsCome to find out after having called recently we would have to pay once again to "reinstate" the permitAs the contract states, they were suppose to have the permits and inspections handled and we had already paid them thousands of dollars to have everything in orderThis company is contracted by lowes which had me calling them to try and resolve the issue but they refused to do so without another payment againWill also be filing complaint with VA DPOR board of contractors
