Very unhappy with this company's work crewOur fence install was nothing short of a cluster because of a language barrierWorkers did not speak nor understand English! This resulted in one side of our fence nearly being put in the wrong location and after being directed several times the workers tied our neighbors fence into ours! Beware if you use this company! You must stand over these workers every second if you want it done right! Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2014/12/03) */ We don't have any problem in doing what client is asking forThere was a misunderstanding in the process to get it fixedWe had it on the schedule but our crew had a problem on another job and was unable to go on the scheduled date The office informed client that we were unable to go on that scheduled date and would call back with new date but unfortunately that was not done and our accounts payable department was unaware that the service had not been doneWhat our client is asking it is not written on the contract but we are OK with doing due to not being a big issueThe space on the gate is basically what the hardware usually needs to work properly but if client wants the no gap we will attach something to cover the gap and latches will be turned aroundThose locks can work both waysThe lock comes in pieces and when we turn it around we will not unscrew from the post so no other holes will be made We apologize for the inconvenience and will contact client to set up new service date
