A personal phone call was made to Ms [redacted] with a message being left and the following was sent to you via email in an attempt to assist her and clear up this misunderstanding Dear Ms***, My condolences to you on the passing of your father I understand you called our offices yesterday seeking a copy of his AmeriEstate Living Trust as the original document is here in California while you are in Illinois From your comments and speaking with my staff, it is clear there was some miscommunications, which I appologize for It seems as though my staff was trying to communicate to you various ways we are able to assist our clients successor trustees through the Trust administration process, and you were only interested in obtaining a copy of the Trust document at this time My staff should have better addressed your primary concern first We are certainly happy to assist you and it is fortunate that we do have a signed copy of the most important part of your Fathers Living Trust Portfolio, that being the Declaraton of Trust In the interest of identity protection and privacy, we would ask that you provide us with : 1) a copy of your father's death Certificate 2) a brief letter from you, signed and dated, requesting a copy of his Living Trust and the address to which you would like this information sent 3) a copy of your drivers license or other photo ID You may blackout your birthdate and drivers license # if you like There is a nominal fee of $for us to organize, print and mail these documents to you You may send us a check or request that we email you a credit card authorization form Processing time on our end would be to business days Again, I appologize for any miscommunicationOur efforts are always in the spirit of trying to help We look forward to assisting you with your request Warm Regards, [redacted] ***, President

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, the company did NOT contact me every step of the way as they stated I had witnesses to the fact that I repeatedly had to contact them for a status on my products and installation Only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com did this company contact me And it took deliveries to get me the correct length wads for my blinds

The customer ordered shutters and honeycomb shade on 8/3/The shutters were delivered to us the end of August and we're installed on September We installed the shutters before the honeycomb shade arrived in order to try to provide the customer with better serviceWe normally wait until all the products are in to install the projectOne shutter was manufactured incorrectly and was remade by the manufacturerThe shutter that was manufactured incorrectly was installed on September 21, along with the honeycomb shadeThe honeycomb shade was manufactured inches to shortIt was remade and reinstalled on October It did come with controls to long but those were reordered and federal expressed to the customerWe offer our clients quality Hunter Douglas products at a great valueAlthough there were errors made by the manufacturer we worked with the manufacturer to insure the issues were correctedTo minimize the inconvenience to our customer we made early evening appointments so she would not have to take time off work.At this point she has received the correct partsTo limit her inconvenience we set early evening appointmentsWe are sorry the customer is not happy with our service but at every step we contacted her when product arrived and set the installation appointments with her at a time and date she picked

I have had to contact AmeriEstate a couple of times in the last year regarding my Revocable Living Trust Portfolio created in 2000, each time I have dealt with [redacted] Cand she has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond to help me with my questions and needsI have been very happy with AmeriEstate and have recommended them to friends who are in need of the services they provide
