Review: Couple of problems

1. The seller sent dirty, old, messed box and not new as I paid for

2. The item is fake, as the bottle looks a bit different and I can tell since I buy this perfume all the time and it looks different

3. The seller responded and he is lying, as you can see he had this kind of complaints before (and this is only part of them in [redacted])

1. "RETURNED PERFUME..WAS OLD, DISCOLORED & ALL PREVIOUS BOTTLES WERE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. THIS BOTTLE HAD BEEN OPENED & LOST ITS AROMA. WAITIN FOR REFUND."

The seller is kind enough to show pictures of the box, but I must add that arabic writing is present on the bottom of all the original [redacted] boxes, alongside english and French. This only lasts a good 4+hrs on me and my purchase of the [redacted] at my city's authorised boutique lasts 10+hrs. Fake? - I can't say. Buy it? - Wouldn't recommend it."

I paid for new shiny bottle and I got fake old smells weird dirty box.

I'm not going to pay for the shipping return now, it was a gift and they messed it up.Desired Settlement: They should not send fake items, and also get 40$ for the payment of fake item, I would like to have my money back without any more hassle or payments from me
