We have received the photos from ***The only issue in the to photos Mr *** provided that is clearly documented is the noticeable dip in the roof from where we removed a skylightAlthough *** did pay us to remove skylight, he stated during production that he did not have the extra money to repair the truss issues the property hasThe day of final completion of the roof job, Mr*** was contracted to make final payment when completeAfter reviewing the evidence and knowing Mr*** was advised by another contractor we are willing to prove by fact and forensics that what is installed is correctWe will go in detail on each photo in court to prove that Mr ***'s true intention was to never pay Amerigreen Construction, LLCThe owner Len H*** met with Mr*** the day of the jobMr *** clearly stated that he had just gone through a divorce and also lost money in a recent business deal gone badHe stated he did not have a contractor locally to do the job and choose us through referral from Ray A*** our worker at Amerigreen Construction, LLCNow we understand why he said he would pull a permit and did notMr *** paid half down for the roof only and materials were ordered for the full legal contractHe was to pay the roof replacement final payment for the roof only and deposit that day for the new windows we were contracted to installHe has held payment to this dateThe advice he received from another contractor is falseAfter a recent conversation, Mr*** stated he completely reinstalled the roof and completed his total job with another contractor to dateWe were not given ample opportunity nor did he provide us any information to even attempt to repair his perceived issuesAfter reviewing the now received photos with our staff we have come to the conclusion that we will be placing a mechanics lean on the propertyWe will not do this unless he makes a full payment of what's owed on the contract for the roof along with the custom windows we purchasedAmerigreen Construction firmly stands behind our work and although no one is perfect , we have always taken care of our clientsWe will pursue every legal action to defend our reputation

There is no way I would even remotely allow them to attempt to do any work on any on my property.They do not know what they are doing
