I am rejecting this response because: The response is unclear as to what action Amerihome is going to take. I am confident they owe me a large amount of money, equal or very close to the amount I specified in my complaint. I will not be satisfied with anything other than receiving the amount owed me. I received the following email from Amerihome last Wednesday: ======================Hi Mr***.Thank you for patience, I apologize for your frustrations. I will work on a new reconcilliation this week. Rob will reach out to you as well.Have a good night,-- LindsayAmeriHome Property Management###-###-####=========================================I have not heard anything from them since. I have seen many emails like this from Amerihome and nothing happens afterwards. I would think they would have had enough time, especially with the urgency of the situation, to come back to me since Wednesday with their opinion of the amount they owe me. Their speed of action and reaction is slower than snail-pace. This indicates to me they don't care about getting things rectified
