Absolutely horrible company - don't waste your money told them that I had work with other attorneys Mortgage company wanted down payment I did not have The ( [redacted] said they could do better, after I explained everything to him My paralegal ( [redacted] ) would answer me within minutes - until they started to have to get things done Had a sale date a month away - all of a sudden doesn't answer me at all Have to go over her head (and got nothing there) She literally stopped answering my e-mails (where before I would get response immediately They knew they could do nothing - thank god I didn't wait for them - went ahead and filed Bankruptcy on my own - They did not even know the laws in my state (MA) Don't waste your $ - they do nothing that you cannot file yourself Big deal you get all the paperwork and send it to them and then they SCAN it over Something you couldn't do after gathering all the information So lost another $1, Told them I was filing Bankruptcy didn't need their help anymore and they still pulled the next payment out of my account
I wanted to share I had a very positive expeirence with Amerihope AllianceThe staff was always available and returned my calls or emails in a very prompt manner Amerihope handled every part of my loan mod from start to finish This is not an overnight process and I could not imagine trying to accomplish this on my ownI feel it was well worth the cost to save my home This is a very professional company I did a lot of research before hiring them They are A+++ in my opinion ***

I can't say enough about their professionalism. I am a paralegal and know how everything works and when I tell you they are unbelievable, I mean unbelievable!!
