Amerikan Ni Sushi

The worst service experience I've EVER had, and I've had some pretty bad experiences in the last 30 yrs...but this one wins the award.In all fairness, our waiter was friendly and professional. It was the unprofessional Sushi chef first, but that was tolerable.Normally a manager would address the issue, and all would be well. However, it was the management/owner that was the real issue. NOT only was she rude and unprofessional, but their practices seem illegal if not unethical. Have you ever heard of$24.95 for "ALL YOU CAN EAT" with the caveat,"IF you leave ANY portion on your plate, you will be charged $24.95 + whatever the uneaten roll cost." What if I didn't like it?Too bad. What if I'm full and can't eat the last bite?" Not our problem. YOU WILL BE DOUBLE CHARGED.Excuse me. Didn't I already pay for the food on my plate if it's an all you can eat inclusive price???Product_Or_Service: SushiDesired SettlementHave them change their policy and NOT allow double billing. "All you can eat" is just that. They should not be able to Bill me an extra $12 on top of that for a roll I didn't like or for 3 bites I couldn't finish. That's double billing for the same item.
