Review: My son lost interest in Amerikick, we went to cancel in June,my son stopped attending in June,we were told that it was too late,we agreed to that,and asked to remove our credit card from recurring payments.They collected 2 more payments after that, when we asked for a refund,Dennis,the owner said not an option,corporate won't allow it,that it's in the contract and they need a written request for that.We were never explained that at signing nor in June.After a couple of attempts to get us to come back,Dennis said my son took some kind of paperwork and that's why July's payment was ran and that he was told about August ,made a mistake and he is refunding me August as a courtesy.Again, nor June,nor July we were asked for a letter,on 9/9/14 ,when we were refunded 1 month ,it took a phone call and some arguing to get a refund without a letter ,why that wasn't done in June when we originally asked to gracefully leave?Dennis ,the owner ,offered 3 months of free classes instead of the 1 month refund ,we just want the money to be refunded and leave this behind us.Desired Settlement: I ask for the month of July to be refunded.
