***, Regarding complaint #***, I am not in agreement with the response from MrE*** for the following reasons: He did not address the majority of the pertinent facts I stated in the complaint. MrE*** did not address the fact that there are numerous cracks significant in lengthThe extent of the cracks is more than would be customary for this type of application given the short duration from the completion date. As of this date MrE*** has not personally inspected the cracks in question. MrE*** did not address that he left a voice message on my phone stating that he would reimburse me the amount I paid him The response from MrE*** is not accurate on several points including where he states the quote of $4,from *** *** *** LLC is to repair a few cracksThis quote is actually to secure the lath and re-stucco corner to corner on several walls. The response from MrE*** states "no Lath" this is not correct as his crew placed lath over the areas that had original wood siding. I have recently consulted with a subject matter expert who has at least years' experience as a project manager in the building tradesThis individual believes an additional factor causing the cracking in the areas that had wood siding is that the wood was not either removed or secured. I am in the process of obtaining another quote from a *** ***, Inca stucco contractor who I believe has an application that will result in adequate repairsThis quote will be for a Wallease Crackmaster System on the areas that were originally wood sidingI will use this to compare to the quote from *** *** ***. Finally as MrE*** gave no specifics as to how he would fix the cracks as soon as temperature permits I cannot accept that offer.
