Amerilube

Review: On 5/17/14 I got my oil changed at "Amerilube" as the signs say on the building but it says "[redacted] on the receipt... anyhow they were changing my oil on my car and [redacted] the manager said to the other worker "The filter is on the front I will have to get it from up here" he started to remove the filter burned himself on the engine and pulled his arm back quickly making a large banging noise and I asked quickly; "Are you alright?" And he said; "Yes, I just hit my arm on the radiator." Then at the end of the oil change he said; "Your radiator hose is leaking." He showed it to me and I said; "It never leaked before and no one working on my car ever said anything about this before. He was afraid I would overheat on the way home so he gave me a gallon of antifreeze and reconmended I get a new radiator hose or clamp I went to [redacted] and got a clamp and drove to my boyfriends house to let the car cool to replace the clamp. Upon allowing it to cool it was easy to see he had broke the part (flange) that comes out of radiator that the hose clamps onto. I had someone take me to [redacted] only to find that this flange cannot be replaced the whole radiator must be replaced! I called "Amerilube/Express care" only to find they had already closed. I left several weekend messages and was told by a mechanic not to drive the car. I made an appointment with a local repair shop and spoke to the Amerilube manager Monday morning. He took responsibility verbally over the phone and said his district manager would have to be involved. The manager called the district manager and told me to expect a call that never came all day. I called several times but the district manager [redacted] never called me. Stropped by there today and got the office number, called them, district manager still has not called me. I had to change my repair appointment until Friday because they have not called me or given me money for the repair as of yet. [redacted] was supposed to meet me today to pay for the repair, he did not.Desired Settlement: Need my car, my only means of transportation, repaired! [redacted] the district manager is supposed to be working tomorrow Wednesday 5/21/14 at the Amerilube in [redacted] phone number there is [redacted]. I need [redacted] to be convinced to do the right thing! Please contact them as my advocate! I need a tow to the repair shop, the repair paid for completely and the cost of the oil change refunded. I also want compensation for being without transportation since last Saturday!
