Ms [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us, and because she was not happy with it we reversed the contract and bought the vehicle backThis was something we did to help her, not something we had to doShe is still requesting that we find a vehicle that would work for her, but the vehicles we have tried don't fit the financial requirements for the bank to approve the loanSome of the reasons the bank won't finance the loan for her are as follows....too many delinquent loans in the last months, recent and/or loans in collection status, payment to income status doesn't meet the banks guidelinesThe inquiries she is complaining about were necessary to get a loan approved for her, while inquiries can indeed affect a score they are not the reason for the loan to be declinedThe dealership is not responsible for her not paying her bills in a timely mannerThank you for the chance to respond to this complaintIt is never our intention to not sell a vehicle, quite the contrary, this is a case of the banks that we have at our disposal not approving a loan based on the customers ability to meet the contract obligations on previous loans that she is currently required to pay

In response to said complaint regarding the direct mail piece they receivedI am sorry the customer wasn't happy with the prize they were awardedIf they would like to contact me directly I will be glad to compensate them for the gas they had to spend to visitour storeIt is never our intent to mislead, or to cause a customer to be unhappy

Tell us why here...    It is never our intent to check someone's credit without their permission. I checked the complaint, and their signatures are not only on the application, but just below the following statement in bold letters......I HEREBY AUTHORIZE DEALER TO OBTAIN CREDIT...

INFORMATION TO EXPEDITE MY PURCHASE AND TO SEE IF I QUALIFY FOR ANY SPECIAL PROGRAMS..... I apologize for any misunderstanding, but our policies are in place to make sure the customer can see in writing exactly what is needed to obtain financing. The banks use the customers credit score to determine qualifications for rate, and term. I would always suggest reading any form before signing it to make sure your intentions are correct.[redacted]Gen Sales MgrKim's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Toyota1030 Hwy 15 NLaurel, Ms601-[redacted]

Review: My husband, [redacted] and I went to the American Heart Association's web site to find a course that would teach us to be CPR trainers. Somehow we ended up on a webite for a company called Amerimed (we never deliberately left the AHA's site, so we thought we were stil with them). We enrolled in a 1 day course via the computer. We were five minutes late for the course, so the instructor told us we would have to reschedule. In the meantime, I learned that according to the American Heart Association, I, a registered nurse, could get certification to be a CPR trainer in one day, but my husband, a layperson, could not. He would be required to take an extra day of class in order for his certification to be recognized by the AHA. Since we wanted this certification in order to teach OSHA's EHAP (electrical hazard awareness program) for tree trimmers working around high voltage conductors (power lines), it was critical that we be AHA. We told [redacted], the instructor and representative from Amerimed that we didn't want to take her class and she refused to give us back the five hundred dollars that we paid for it.Desired Settlement: WE want our money refunded with interest
