I have a small business in which I had this company as an electric provider The worst customer service ever, they wouldn't even explain my bill to me When I asked a question about my bill they just kept asking me to pay it When I contacted the managers via email I couldn't get an email response I attempted to change the name on my bill after months they made me pay a deposit for there mistakeI haven't had service since Aug and I can't get my refund of my deposit back I have called and they keep saying they are sending it We are in December

I had electric with this company and cancelled on (10/20/16) due to moving locations. I was told by customer service that a verbal was fine and that my cancellation fee would be waived due to them not servicing my new area. I moved 10/20/16, I cancelled the auto pay feature online and I have been repeatedly charged for electricity since 10/20/16. I got a email from AMERIPOWER with a copy of a bill for November. I email them back stating I called and cancelled service on 10/20 with all the info stated in my original phone call. I get a second bill in December. I call them and say they are billing me in error. They state they have no cancellation notice so they will keep billing me. I talk to the manager and he says he is 100% sure that no customer service rep said a verbal over the phone is enough but he does acknowledge my emails stating I cancelled service. I told him I will fill out any paperwork that's required just email it to me and I will attach my lease info stating I moved on 10/20 and I expect a full refund for any amount billed after my move out date. He then told me that they will not give any refund because someone will need to pay the electricity for that location. I also asked him how they still have access to my bank account even though I removed auto pay from my account. He stated if I verbally, over the phone agreed to pay the final bill and receive no refund on prior bills he would remove the cancellation fee off the total bill by 4:30 today and until I do that they will continue to take the money out of my account. And if I stop them via the bank they will report me to collections. They are trying to strong arm me into just paying what they say is owed even though I vacated the apartment 2 months prior. They are a crooked company and will take whatever they want out of your bank and think nobody can stop them.
