I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The company needs to make the necessary repairs that are covered under the contract agreement We will not make any repairs ourselves as this will void the agreement The company must also make these repairs when someone is present at the home If the company fails to make repairs we will follow up with the Revdex.com

Mrs [redacted] I received a call for the repair about the fence YESTERDAY and I told you my employee would schedule with you to adjust the fence. As far as the color it is what you chose and signed the contract stating your color of choice And YOU HAD color samples to choose...
from. I do not give out employees personal information to anyoyone. that's why I said we will be in contact to schedule the repair with you shortly. So giving that you called yesterday, doesn't really give me a opportunity to address the MINOR adjustment. I take all complaints very seriously and do not appreciate you trying to slander my company that I owned for 10 years with very little complaints. The fact is you chose and SIGNED a color that did not match your neighbors. During the installation you changed your mind about the color of the fence and you told us to proceed and finish with what we had anyway. I have a contract and three witnesses to verify all the above information.Thank you and I hope we can work it out.
Review: Had a fence installed in May 2015. They installed the wrong color fence, ordered the wrong size gates and took longer than they stayed they would to install the fence. We called numerous times to address issues with the owner directly. We called the owner September 10th to address an issue with the post shifting and the gate shifting and being slanted. We have a contract that states 5 year warranty on parts and labor. When we called and asked him to fix the problem were were told that the installer never works for him and he is not responsible for the correction. He would not give us the name or number of his subcontractor. Our contract is with the company and owner and not with his subcontractors. We want the problem fixed since we paid $9000 for the fence and it is only 3 months old. We have great concerns on the rest of the fence shifting and causing more damage or falling.Desired Settlement: ASAP as this may cause more damage to the fence and potentially our home which the fence is attached to. It also is on the end of of parking pad to our driveway and if falls can cause damage to our vehicles.
