As of July 28th all issues with Mrs. *** have been resolvedWe repaired the grass with a new piece of sodAnd though the leak in the roof came from the chimney and not from the work we did we fixed it as wellWhen Mrs*** refers to speaking to the "owner" of the company and he
referred her to the main office she was mistakenThe gentleman she was calling was the original sales representative she had spoken with months before we did any work on her property and he no longer works for AmeriprideOnce she got in touch with the correct party all issues were resolved in a timely mannerAs always customer satisfaction is at the very top of our priorities

Review: I had my roof replaced in June of 2013 by Ameripride roofing, with what they claimed was 30 year shingles. On several occasions I have tried to contact them with concerns about the repairs that were made. I've been leaving them messages and I've received no response. I tried to contact other Ameripride locations and none of the locations answer their phones. This company seems to have no service after the sale.Desired Settlement: I would like to have some one from Ameripride respond to the messages and contact me, so we can find out what needs to be done to resolve this problem.
