1st appraisal indicated a value that was a "TYPE O" and [redacted] asked me to reconsider the value after they reviewed the report. This is typical with banks that have review appraisers on staff. You paid $73,000 for the property and the value was reported as such in the 2nd report. The property history indicated that this property was previously listed for $95,000 and was subsequently reduced in price after being on the market for 380 days.Your property was fairly evaluated at $73,000 as the appraisal indicated.Comparable #2 proves your market value but the value in the 1st appraisal indicated comparable #3We are human and make mistakes but this was corrected after a review from [redacted] BankIf you require further information, please contact me but I can not change the value. You should wait approximately 1 year then have the property reappraised, maybe then the economy will be better.I will gladly offer you a "Free Appraisal" at that time.I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but the property was properly appraised at $73,000Very truly yours,
