Don't use them! They made a worse mess than we could imagine. After being in their program 4 month & it to be complete at 6 months, one week everything is on schedule & may complete a month early, the next week they drop you, leaving your credit a disaster & your mortgage delinquent. Now it will be nearly impossible to get another mortgage company to help us.
