Review: This company promised a ipad 2 in a raffle and never held the raffle, but I got a lot of spam from this company. They also promised Dish Network service but never came thru.Desired Settlement: Give service and give me the ipad 2.

Thank you. We have represented Dish at the Fair for more than 12 years running.

We have had several communications with Mr. [redacted] ending 7/19 and have appealed on his behalf to Dish.

Customer applied under a different name and was rejected by Dishnetwork's application procedure for consideration

under their Digital Home Advantage Lease. We resubmitted at his request and he was offered a NONLease purchase plan.

Customer has no basis for claims about our raffle and is incorrect in his representation to you.

The Dish sponsored raffle was held and the winner contacted. We expect her to come to our offices very soon to pick up her prize. Moreover, Dish is providing

a no cost, iPad2s for all qualifying subscribers. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] was not a qualifying applicant. The results have been overwhelming and delayed our raffle. Dish reserves the right

to qualify potential customers prior to activation.

We are sorry that Mr. [redacted] felt it necessary to file a complaint. I will call him personally to see if there is anything further to be done.

We are compensated for new customer activations and have every desire to see him as a Dish Customer.
