Sent: Thursday, May 29, 3:PMTo: [redacted] Subject: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] We began work at the home of [redacted] on Thursday 05/15/Ground preparation (grass removal & disposal) leveling/grading and enriched topsoil topdressThis process took longer than expected, daysDuring this process, [redacted] expressed concerns of our technique for doing the ground preparationHis wife also made her concerns known about the overall price and wanted to renegotiate for a better dealAfter the ground preparation was complete, [redacted] and I did a walk through, where he then told me he was satisfied with the prep work and was excited that it was ready for grassOn 05/17/Saturday we showed up and did some final grading to the back yard and proceeded to plant the new sodDuring the install of the sod [redacted] stood watch and complimented us on how "awesome" the grass lookedAfter the grass was completely installed we manually watered it in and pressed rolled the entire lawnThere was 1/of a pallet left in which [redacted] stated "Give that to my neighbor" [redacted] and myself then made a final walk through of the entire property in which he had no complaints and told me "Hey man yall did a wonderful job, Get outta here"He then paid as agreed, and then we left after giving him after care instructionsI have since talked to [redacted] , and he stated to me that the grass was doing fine, he had other companies come out and they even said the install was okayI gave [redacted] as much of a discount as I couldHe expressed to me that he had never spent this much money on grass before and it was just freaking him outI believe that we did a quality install, and installed a quality productIt's obvious that [redacted] made a decision that did not agree with his financial budget

 The grass Installation is coming around. However, after further review by other lawn care providers it has been determined that the "type" grass I order "Zorro zoysia" was not the grass that was installed on my lawn. I have the receipt from the sod company that cut the order for my lawn. It clearly states that the order was for 9 pallets of "Emerald Zoysia" not "Zorro" I have requested a receipt from Ameriscape for the order as well to compare the two receipts and the company has yet come forth with the receipt. Give me the grass I ordered or compensate me for the fact this is not the grass you promised me. [redacted] obviously makes promises he can't keep. Told me he was going to come out on Thursday 5/29/14 to check on the lawn and get his roller....didn't call, didn't show up like normal.
