I received a complimentary room at the Ameristar Casinio, StCharles on November checking out on the 6th I was called at 3:yesterday, November informing me that the room in which I occupied had glitter in the carpet and that the staff has been working for days to get the glitter out and have had to shut down the room due to the glitter and that they were charging my room a $cleaning fee I asked the manager, I believe her name is [redacted] , why was I just informed of this? If this happened Monday, I should have been contacted because I would have liked to seen the glitter in which she speaks I asked her how many man hours a day was spent on getting the glitter up? What process did they use and do they have any pictures She informed me that the glitter was in the carpet and she could get pictures for me I asked if it was on the furniture and couldn't be dusted off She informed me that the problem was in the carpet As we were speaking, I googled how to get gl

My wife and I have contacted this Casino on multiple occasions to inform them that they are sending out marketing information and "Rewards Coupons" on a bi-weekly basis to an individual named [redacted] that does not live at our address( [redacted] ***) This has been going on for over months, at this point, this is harassmentWe have called numerous times, sent all of the mail back marked: "Does not live here, remove from mailing list"None of the representatives have been any help, their response has been: "You need to drive the mail here and we can stop sending it after that." That is completely unacceptableWe have full time jobs, and are not going to stockpile their junk mail and drive minutes in order for it to stopThese representatives have been extremely rudeWe would like for once and for all to stop receiving ANY correspondence from them or their affiliates as we are not associated with ANY of their rewards programs, nor have

I got free room comps for spending money in the casinoI reserve a room for 10/16-18/I checked in that night around 9pm and around 5am I found little bugs crawling aroundI recorded a video and I collected themI called the front desk and was told they would give me a call backI was asked to bring what I collected down for someone to look at themI went down and showed them the cupThey took a picture and I made a paper statementI was asked to take the cup back to the room and leave it for a specialistI asked for a cup but they did not have one but provided a plastic bag to tie the cup up inThey switched my room but never received any follow upI called the front desk and asked for a supervisorI was asked to come down to speak with a supervisorI was told that a specialist went to the room and indicated that it was not bedbugs that were found and that the one bug that was left in the cup was deadI told him that bed bugs or not there were still bugs in the room
