I had spent over to stay at this hotel and I could not use the shower the whole weekend I tried many times to talk to the manager during my stay with no luck After we checked he acknowledged my complaint but stated the cleaners came up and cleaned my room sat at my request,Which was false, yes I requested but they did not show up, I sent him the date stamped pictures showing I took them at 746am Sunday morning as I was checking out I will not start at this hotel again after my experience with them so a 15% world do nothing for me

Our outdoor pool is closed for the season due to weather. We do not advertise our outdoor pool on any site including our own. That is a bonus when weather permits. We have checked for mold and ants as you mentioned. They did not find any. Also talked to the staff on duty, they have said they did not find either one in the room or in the hotel. But your satisfaction, they cleaned the bathroom and sprayed. I have also shared your comments with our staff. Please know that your comments and issues will be addressed. I'm absolutely not
satisfied with their response and I was not happy with only receiving half back when we did not stay at the hotel! All we did was look into the room, as he said we could, to see if we wanted to stay thereWe quickly realized and told him we would not stay due to the musty smell, which he agreed to, and said they forgot to open the window for the floor to dry after they shampooed it, as well, the bed wasn't even made when we went to lookIt was so not ready for anyone to stay in that room!! I had laid my credit card on the desk with the rest of my stuff as my friend stood there watching our things waiting for me and my daughter to return and he just took it and ran it through! As we came back we told him the reason we wouldn't be staying and he told me he had already charged me cause he thought we where staying! I told him, why did you think that, we were not back yet from looking at the room and wanted him to reverse the reservation! He told me he couldn't do it, but if I came back first thing in the morning his manager would give me a full refund! We went back and the manager didn't know anything about it till! He went to the computer and read the comment this guy had made next to our reservation to only pay back to the customer what he ( *** ***) felt he wanted to do! Awful experience, we want the full refund!!
