Simple 3 sets rear wheels broke ,no replacements now for some time ,suppose to get a full refund,never came,keep getting the run around with repeat emails.Cant reach any body at the number cause no one picks up,on hold 30 mins plus and then disconnect.This has been going on since May 2023.Started with Amy who sent first two wheels ,Lashonda second set wheels then Amy re ordered ,none in stock says Babette,Jada Y says refund 10-15 buisness days,never got it,and then we go around again with emails and now nothing.All I want is my refund.Honor your words.

I have been waiting for 2 months on a mower belt. 2 months! I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. On hold for nearly a whole day, takes a week for someone to get back to ya, Bd caused my landlord to get upset because my grass had not been mowed. 2 months and I still have not gotten it. They said it shipped. Yeah it did to dang Kentucky. I live in NC and they act like it don't matter. I would not recommend this to nobody. The mower is great but the customer service ruins that 10 fold

Just when It arrived I noticed it was very heavy for me and I packed it again. I want to return it and get a refund. I ordered through Amazon.

Bought a 10" battery operated chain saw, which arrived with NO battery or charger rendering it useless. Tried contacting Amerisun to determine if I could obtain a battery and charger so I could use the saw. Literally spent hours on hold via any number of calls and was NEVER able to speak to anyone?! Not even sure this is a real company; however, if it is, I would still like to have a battery and charger if that's possible.

Brand new lawn mower, delivered early, eager to try it out. Follow directions to the letter. On first pull--nothing. second pull-- nothing. Double checked everything went through the starting procedure and the mower started. Now a restart is the area of question as I had to push the primer bulb and pull on the rope three times to get the mower to fire. Now a day later and the mower will not start at all. We even tried a little starting fluid -- NO DEAL HERE. So you tell me what the problem is and how to fix it please? I'm 77 years old and pulling on a starter rope is very tiring.

I bought the #DB2194PR. I only used it three times and was afraid to use it anymore. For fear someone would call the EPA. This peice of junk is worse than a crop duster. I have sent an email and that was months ago. Still no response. By my guess as a mechanic the oil ring is either broken or was never there to begin with.
