Several weeks ago I applied for a dental and vision policy called ***, prior to the effective date we chose to go with another policy with another company and I contacted them to cancel the policy and was told it would be terminatedThis past week I was charged for that same amount, several weeks later after the cancellation was already madeMy wife emailed them and requested the refund be put back in the account and made it very clear that they would not only continue the policy but would not take responsibility for the unauthorized paymentThey charged my account twice, once over drafting my account charging me a $** feeI want them to refund my account and cover the $** charge from their unauthorized payment from my family
