I agree for the most part with Ms [redacted] 's complaint, and also emphatize with her as wellOnce, I found out about her issues with my tax office, I immediately contacted her, and worked to resolve her issueIt is also true that my tax software over charged her, and not anyone on purpose in our officeFor years, my tax office has strive to provide excellent, competent, caring customer service, but we have dropped the ball some this year because of certain employeesI have apologized to her several times for these issues, and told her I would get her the $that was over charged, but was waiting on the software company to cut the check, since it was a tax software malfunctionHowever, I will be personally cutting, and mailing her a check within days, and I hate she has experienced thisAlso, for the next years I will prepare Ms [redacted] 's taxes for free excluding the bank and software fee if she allows meThanks

However, I will be personally cutting, and mailing her a check within 7 days, and I hate she has experienced this. Also, for the next 2 years I will prepare Ms. [redacted]'s taxes for free excluding the bank and software fee if she allows me. Thanks
