Review: I took $1013 that purchased a iPhone5 in April this year in this shop. One of the sales told me it was a T-Moile phone and they had a rebate in shop at that stage. He will give me a refund of a $150 unlocking fee with in 60 days. However this phone always had problems and I went to there exchange 3 times within 3months. When I got the phone I checked the warranty, it always shows it will expire within 2 months. Also, they haven't refund the $150 to date. If it is a Apple's new phone should have one year warranty, I require give me a one year warranty phone. They showed me many reasons and delay it. Until July ** 2013 they promised they will give me exchange a new 1 year warranty phone, but I need wait for it one month. However after one month I went to their shop on 08/**/2013, the shop was closed. I had tried to call the staff who sold me this phone, he said that the shop was decorated and it will re-open after one week. One week later, that is today(08/**/2013), I attended to that store. It also have no business there, and I call the guy again. His number cann't contact no longer.Desired Settlement: I believe that I'm being cheated. I spent $1013 that bought an old iPhone5 and including $150 unlocking fees which have not been refunded. This is a very non-traders and the saler, I would like to strongly complain of this, and hope that the full refund of the fees.
