[redacted] bought a 2005 Infinity G35 from Quality Motors on 5/23/16. She brought it back to us a few days later with concerns about the front end alignment. We replaced the front tires and had the vehicle aligned. She didn't receive a receipt...

because there was no charge to her for the repair. 4 months later she called saying her car wouldn't start. We recommended a couple of repair facilities, including the Infinity dealer, that might be able to assist her with this issue. She was not satisfied and made a complaint with the DMV. The DMV investigated the facts and determined that no action would be taken against the dealership, as she had owned the car for approximately 4 months and 5,000 miles. Clearly this is a newly developed issue that is solely her responsibility.
Concerning the $2000.00 down payment, She originally had a co-signer that put $300 on his credit card as part of the down payment. [redacted] wanted to change co-signers on the loan, so we refunded her first co-signer the $300 he put down. [redacted] agreed to pay us the $300 deferred down payment at a later date, which she eventually paid in full.

The only contact we have had with [redacted], since the tire replacement was in August, regarding her trouble with the car not starting. She told us she had a repair facility look at it and that they couldn't figure it out. We told her that we didn't have the necessary diagnostic equipment to determine what was wrong and recommended a couple of repair facilities, including the Infinity Dealer, that could help.

They are lying. I called all the time and they would just give me a run around. They are bad business and I really hope they get more complaints from people
