I received cabinet hinges from this company representing Amerock products. The company apparently changed the mounting design and therefore hinges no longer serve as a replacement as was represented by Amerock Express. The hole pattern does not match and therefore the hinges cannot replace my previous hardware.

Amerock Express is going to charge me a 15% restocking fee (about $40) for sending me the wrong hardware. I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor and the person on the phone said she was not available. That is ridiculous and I would never recommend this company for anything as they do not stand behind their sales.
