The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was notified of a backorder issues a week after placing my order, after repeated phone calls to customer service and many incorrect confirmations later I thought I had all the issues resolved. I ordered the backordered item from another vendor. When my shipment arrived which CS assured me was complete and ready to go, there were additional backordered items of which I was never notified about. After another call to CS to which I got no logical answer or satisfaction. The whole operation is a cluster.
