We have the prescription from Mr. [redacted]'s physician outlining the chair to be delivered. We have complied with physician's orders. If Mr. [redacted] is not satisfied with his current chair, please have him contact our office to return the chair as previously outlined to him on multiple occasions. We will refund his insurance company payments and Mr. [redacted] can go to a different provider.
