Amazing, Pleasurable, Exciting TEAMWORK
Dear Ames Ford,
I want to take the time to say thank you for your help in purchasing a Ford F-150 Lariat. I was surprised at all the features that we found inside and how the Lord blessed me with this pickup. The sales team at Ames Ford was very pleasurable to work with and took the stress out of purchasing a used, but newer pickup truck, for me to use in ministry. It was an amazing experience. Thank you to the wonderful SALES TEAM & TEAMWORK Corey Koehler the Used Car Manager, Keith Herndon & Royce Nessa the Sales Consultants and Steve Powell Fort Dodge Ford Sales Consultant and my brother-in-law. They generate excitement and are excited to help you. I would purchase another truck or car from them. No hype, no pressure just TEAMWORK. What a great family experience. Thank you Gentlemen.

My service experience at Benchmark has been horrendous Let me tell you about my last trip My car started shaking violently around MPH so I set up a service appointment I also wanted them to change my oil, rotate and balance the tires, and do some warranty recall work I dropped my car off before I went out of town for a week I picked up my car and paid in full I got in my car to go home and they had done nothing but take my money They had not changed the oil nor rotate and balance the tires They did not do any of the warranty work they charged me for Worst of all, my car was still shaking violently To the point that it was dangerous to drive I turned around and brought it back to the Benchmark service center I explained the problems to the staff I did not get as much as a sorry you had to bring this back Benchmark had my car for an additional three days until I received a call saying my car was ready When I got there, a staff member told me that they did all the work and that I should be thankful they did not charge me, which was funny because I had already paid for this service a week prior She then went on to tell me that the reason that my car was shaking was that I needed new tires I knew this to be wrong It took the people at Benchmark days to recommend a change that would do nothing to fix the car They did nothing but ask me for more money I took my car to Hendrick for a second opinion They called me back within an hour and let me know that I had a crack in my transmission sheath They also said that they could not believe someone would give my car back to me in the condition it was in, as it was unsafe, and could have resulted in a wreck at any minute They also let me know I have an additional 20,miles before I need a single tire They fixed the car in a day and had it back to me Truly excellent service at Hendrick Benchmark's cavalier attitude to the safety of its clients is a tragedy waiting to happen It is not a matter of if, it is when Do not trust them with your safety or your money Go elsewhere The general incompetence and rudeness of the staff top to bottom is appalling Terry S [redacted] should be ashamed of the shop he has I will never be going back

My Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, which I purchased from Benchmark two years ago and dearly loved, developed a serious engine problem which left it inoperableI was faced with investing a tremendous amount of money in a vehicle that had over 100,milesThe management team at Benchmark worked out a generous plan allowing a very fair travalue for the Grand Cherokee and a discount on a new Grand Cherokee which made it possible for me to purchase a new vehicleIn my opinion Benchmark's management went above and beyond offering valuable assistance in a very difficult situationA true representation of their integrity and honestyI highly recommend Benchmark to anyone considering a new Chrysler Jeep or Dodge vehicleOver the last several years the quality of these vehicles has improved dramatically!! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle let me encourage you to give Benchmark Chrysler Jeep Dodge an opportunity to win your business!

I picked up my car and paid in full. I got in my car to go home and they had done nothing but take my money. They had not changed the oil nor rotate and balance the tires. They did not do any of the warranty work they charged me for. Worst of all, my car was still shaking violently. To the point that it was dangerous to drive.

My 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, which I purchased from Benchmark two years ago and dearly loved, developed a serious engine problem which left it inoperable. I was faced with investing a tremendous amount of money in a vehicle that had over 100,000 miles. The management team at Benchmark worked out a generous plan allowing a very fair trade-in value for the 2007 Grand Cherokee and a discount on a new 2016 Grand Cherokee which made it possible for me to purchase a new vehicle. In my opinion Benchmark's management went above and beyond offering valuable assistance in a very difficult situation. A true representation of their integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Benchmark to anyone considering a new Chrysler Jeep or Dodge vehicle. Over the last several years the quality of these vehicles has improved dramatically!! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle let me encourage you to give Benchmark Chrysler Jeep Dodge an opportunity to win your business!
