A technician showed up, did not perform promised task, demanded payment before leaving, another company was called, same technician called back.
I called an automotive technician as the keys to start my car have been lost. I explained to the technician that I had a key to the door and needed a key to start the car, he assured me it could be done and the cost, he also advised me it was OK to pay with a debit card. When he finished the key, it did not start the car but it opened the door, he stated he did his job, demanded payment and cash and would not leave until it was paid. I researched around and called another company, this one by the name of 24/7 locksmith, the same secretary answered and the same technician was going to be sent to my home and until I informed him that he already came and did not make a proper key (He did not remember, 6 days had gone by). All I want is what I paid for, a working key to start my car, by the company who promised that is was not an issue at all.
