Amethyst Accessories Reviews (1)

Review: This random person approached us via the internet and invited us to show our collection at "the largest fashion event of the year" with between 600-800 tickets sold for a 2 day event, for only $298.42. We sent money via paypal and she hyped it on facebook. we drove 4 hours deep into the inner city on jasper street to find a huge unheated space and armed security not allowing us to take any photos of the event. We were asked to provide a couture gown for the host to wear, which was ripped and never returned to us. It was 51 degrees in the space, and many people left due to lack of heat and sound for the show. armed security kept an eye on us and did not allow any documentation of where we were. the second day no vending space was provided and we headed home.we tried to negotiate with the organizer [redacted], AND SHE REFUSES TO TALK TO US AND SAYS YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR. they also had a photographer taking pictures of our collection and said that all designers will get those photos as part of the package, but now says those photos do not exist. We filed a complaint with [redacted] as well.Desired Settlement: full refund and photos of our collection taken without our expressed permission at the event.

Good Day

hello I'm [redacted] amethyst Successories an event coordinator for [redacted]. I'm writing you to dispute this complaint.

I contacted [redacted] sign in into December early January. I think her about our event and that we will be marketing to between 600 and 800 women to come out to one of the largest fashion event here in Philadelphia. when I spoke to the Representative at the company they had asked me to make a specific sponsorship package for them because they didn't want the marketing. IE the ad journal. which was an item that was added to our original sponsorship package.

At that time I came up with the package that allowed her vending space for two days as well as having two tickets and her sponsor shot out ( her name being mentioned as a sponsor) to each day this package came up to $285 plus paypal fees. she paid and at the bottom of the confirmation page of the invoice informed her that there was no refunds.

[redacted] a ride March 1st on Friday evening and set up her space. at that time [redacted] gave the head of security a photo of a woman who is allegedly a stalker of her and she asked my head of security to keep an eye out for her and the lady if she were to coming to the event to call 911. At no extra cost my security team cat had an eye on her to make sure that she was safe.

As one of our sponsor she was the first to go. As her designs went out she continuously tried to interrupt the host who is hosting the show. As well as got into a confrontation with one of my workers so we had to call security to diffuse a situation.

As we are [redacted] and a number of us believe taking pictures is not permissible. we ask that no one who came to the event take pictures of the models because they were uncovered and covering your body is a pillar of our religion.

we had no photographer at this event one of the designers/ event coordinator had a camera and took pictures of her camera. Those pictures did not feature anything on any faces impermissible body parts. those pictures are on by that designer.

[redacted] pieces are not considered corture. They are mass produced and easily accessible.

[redacted] gave the dress to the host and never came back to retrieve it from her. the host still has the dress and communicated with [redacted] to get it returned.

Day 2 [redacted] arrive two hours later then schedule time upon arrival I informed them to ask the hotel host to get them a table for their designs she did not ask. We are in the middle of breakfast. [redacted] and her assistant ate the left.

later the inbox me asking for a 50 percent refund due to the lack of table for the second day. I called her immediately and explain to her the same thing I explained above and inbox her on Facebook. [redacted] about a PayPal claim against me and was denied.
