Review: First, upon arrival there were two unidentified suitcases in the unit that were fully packed with various items, including prescriptions. The bride found these suitcases in the bedroom. I told the front guest about the suitcases and left them outside our unit for pick up. Site management came to our unit, perplexed by these suitcases and kept asking if they belonged to our group. They did not. We had a group of women and the presence of two fully packed, unidentified suitcases made the party feel unsafe in the unit. It also made everyone question the cleanliness of the unit. Eventually site management took the suitcases away. About a half hour later, site management came up to explain that the suitcases belonged to her son and that her son sometimes stays in the unit when it is not being rented.

This was compounded by the fact that we found two dirty forks in the kitchen (the only item in the kitchen--no cups/dishes/utensils/pots) as well as a dirty solo cup under one of the chairs.

Most significantly, however, the unit only had one bathroom. I booked the unit understanding it to have two bathrooms. I complained to site management about the fact that there was only one bathroom and asked whether we could be moved. Site management advised that the room next door had been converted to an office and that the second bathroom was no longer available for our use.

We ran out of toilet paper the first night and had to hunt down maintenance early in the morning. We also had to reuse the towels amongst all of us the first night because so few were provided and there were no employees in sight. I was also incorrectly charged $20 for a parking fee. I asked management for a partial refund/credit upon check out on June 29th, then again on July 8th, July 18th, July 31st, August 19th, August 27th, Sept 18th and October 16th, without resolution.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of the $20 parking fee and a $300 refund of the total $1138.16 that I was charged for two nights at this establishment.
