HiAs I promised I sent my crew The appointment was rescheduled but Customer was informed and he was aware that crew will come next day . As far as sink goes - I gave reasons why it had to be cut (with exact measurements) If customer knows a way to install it with clips thatwill not require cutting the sink - maybe he should tell me because for the reasons I provided before I honestly do not know how to install sink thatbig when is left less then 1/2" on both sides for clips. With final invoice customer received full invoice and warranty If he has any problems with sink in the future he can just contact us . For now I assume case is closed . ***

Revdex.com:
the job is now complete, a little disappointed that it took a complaint to receive a faster response to my issue, but the crew did come as specified and the sink is now installed securely and am happy with the job now that it is completeI would refer amf granite brothers to family and friends as the granite looks great, and believe the issue came with a somewhat unique sink situationI would not hesitate to use them again
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,

I just picked up my granite countertopsThey look great but I haven't installed them yetI also couldn't beat the priceI only have a few cautions
Since I am not a expert about granite countertops, I made the assumption that they would be able help me avoid common mistakesMy experience was such that they just fabricate what you tell them and don't think too much about possible errorsI.EI sent them a countertop drawing and the complete kitchen cabinet layout with every dimension imaginable but they still originally figured the kitchen sink in the wrong location
I requested three 2" radiuses for my peninsula but only received standard (maybe 1/2") radius corners even though it was on the printOnly receiving 2" radius corners is a mutually shared mistake because, I forgot to mention that I needed about 15" polished edge where the countertop extended beyond the wallThey assumed that there was a wall on that end so they didn't radius the corner or inquire of me why I wanted a radius there
When I called to mention the errors before fabrication and after pick-up, I felt they were very defensive Even though I was not demanding them to correct the errors after fabrication(The drive is not worth it because I have the capability to fix it myself)
If you are thinking of purchasing from them my suggestions are;
Have them or a expert do the measuring
I would like to think they will fix any problems but don't expect a "customer is always right attitude"
If you choose to pick up the counter tops yourself, document and be very detailed in what you wantDo a very detailed inspection before accepting the product
Keeping in mind I haven't installed the countertops yet but, all things considered, I am happy with my decision to purchase from AMF Brothers

There was mixup with checks . Check will be sent today . Customer should get check in mail by the end of this week .

Hi
I spoke with customer yesterday around 5 PM CT and informed him that [redacted] will be calling him tomorrow morning to make an appointment (she is
responsible for scheduling and she was gone when he called yesterday) . She called him today and...

left him a message (he didn't pickup the phone) . Sink had to be cut - and customer knew it . Customer was supplying sink and the one that he bought was "dual mount" (so it can be
under mounter or top mounted) . On the instructions it says that min. cabinet required is 30" and this is what cabinet customer has, but in this cabinet size you can
install this sink only as top mounted (without cutting of course) .
30" Cabinet is only ~28" inside . His sink was 27" . 3/8" - 1/2" space on sides of the sink is not enough to install clamps and screws (required min. is ~1" on each side) .
Installation was done on August 24th . My crew went already once to reattach sink (because customer said it was "loose") . I will be sending them again to install
more brackets and add more silicone (I spoke with customer yesterday about it - and I told him that I will give him schedule tomorrow morning (today)) .

There was a problem with delivering mail from Revdex.com to my office . I agree with Mr. [redacted] that his slab has to be replaced and it will be replaced as soon as possible .

If customer is expecting countertops to be installed perfectly , then everything else have to be perfect too (like cabinets , floor and walls) because everything is connected together . If your cabinets or floor is crooked then it's much...

harder to make everything else fit perfectly . My guys did the best job they could .

I recently had 52 square feet of quartz countertops installed. They look beautiful. Installation was a smooth process and we are extremely happy with the end product. Had a few waterfall edge conditions that look great. As far as customer service...we had difficulties getting a final measurement date scheduled. I would suggest that AMF follow-up a few days prior to scheduled appointments with their clients. Regardless, I recommend them to anyone.
