In response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com against AMF Laurel Lanes, located at [redacted] , North Laurel Maryland 20707, please see the below bullet points and theresponses to the customer concerns:Lanes that work; [redacted] As with any establishment that owns equipment there will be break downs and issues that arise and some items can be remedied with a quick fix and some that might require additional care [redacted] Our Facilities Manager who has been with the company for more than years completes regularly scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance on the machines and is made aware of issues that affect our guestIntercoms and microphones that work; [redacted] We did experience a time when the call box that was in place went bad and we had to wait for a new one to be located and installed as the company in the area that would normally service these types of things went out of businessBut has since been corrected (the week of 03/14/16) and was working well before the time that this complaint was written; Lanes that are consistently oiled prior to the league; [redacted] League lanes are always oiled prior to league hitting the floorHowever, please understand that this is not a requirement but a courtesy to the leagues as most center only oil lanes once a day? Lanes are typically done as close to the leagues bowling time to avoid us turning away additional business that want to come in and bowlCarpet and approach that are dirty and stained; [redacted] Our carpet is deep cleaned semi-annually and maintained by the janitor here in between those cleanings, As well as when management realizes the carpet has taken a beating has stayed overnight and treated stains as recent as last Sunday 4/17/A Mechanic that shows up on time and does his job;*We are working with our facilities team to enhance the training as we have had a complete turn over in our facilities department to enhance the service levels that are provided to our guestEnough staff to manage the large groups that come[redacted] We gauge our staff according to the needs of our business and when warranted add additional staffing to assist in guest needsUp until recently Wednesday nights which is when the complainant normally bowls was one of our slowest nights and since the increase in business additional staffing has been put into placeIn an effort to be a world class provider of delightful guest experiences we love to engage with our guest and always have a open door policy to allow our guest to regularly provide us with feedback about our business as well as with every receipt provide a customer survey line which gets forwarded directly to the District, and General Manager for a responseOur company, Bowlmor, AMF also conducts anonymous, integrity mystery shops to gauge the business as well and I am proud to say the last mystery shops conducted on 4/8/this center was scored at a 100%.We look forward to working with Revdex.com to rectify the matter at hand and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.Best Regards,MrDeon KGeneral Manager-AMF Laurel Lanes #The AMF Bowling Co| [redacted] Laurel, Maryland ###-###-####-Office ###-###-####-Mobile###-###-####-F??www.AMF.com

As a multi league bowler at Laurel AMF, I am appauled and angered by the lack of respect, forethought, professionalism, and general upkeep of the lanesThe mechanic is often missing, unresponsive, or lazy in his reaction to requests to service lanes and provide maintenance when there is an issueOn more than one occasion, the poor standards for the machinery leads to damaged ballsThe lanes are never oiled properly and on time, nor are the approaches cleanIt is disappointing that a alley would treat multiple leagues this way and consistently refuse to acknowledge their issuesAnd to top it off, JC, the assistant manager, never has enough people on staff and we have to constantly go tell her that there is a problem or that people are waiting at the front counter
