Review: we had our garage converted into a living room and bathroom redone.this company advertises quality work.we have made complaint after complaint our new livingroom had to be done three times.it still doesn't look right and all [redacted] does is get annoyed and say what do you want me to do .these are brand new walls and ceiling and the spackle and sand job is horrible you can see through the paint. even in the bathroom also .they came into my house leaving a mess using my kitchen to clean up made a mess of my front porch that we had to fix because he kept saying he would and three weeks later had not. we feel we should not have payed him in full when the work was not a quality job. very disappointed in this company,[redacted] has very poor cutomer service .never would show up when he said he would always with an excuse and has even left my house unlocked at times and had the nerve to walk in my house without knocking.I feel we should be reimbursed for the poor quality of work since he feels its the best he can do .I do have pictures also if needed .thank youDesired Settlement: either a replacement or like I said a reimbursement so we can have it done the right way.

We have been in business many years and have had few complaints. We take pride in our quality work and do our best to satisfy each and every customer even though not always possible to do so. Whichever dissatisfaction was brought to our attention was addressed and we tried our best to make it to the customers liking. We returned several times and from the last meeting the customer displayed satisfaction with no complaints. We always make our customer a priority and are a professional business we have never left a house unlocked/unsecured or entered into someone’s home uninvited and unpronounced. I am taken back from this complaint because any dissatisfaction was not brought to my attention as the job came to a close and was completed the customer said they were happy with the job. We want the customer to be at ease and would be open to more communication to answer any questions or concerns we tried our best and sometimes you cannot sati sfy everyone we tried several times to make this customer happy and sorry they still feel unsatisfied.

amf remodeling has issued a blanket statement conserning this complaint . on 2 occassions once by his employee and the other time by the owner of amf remodeling our house was left unlocked and unattented .As a customer all we are asking of amf remodeling is to have the work done in a professional manner as was advertised and that we have paid for in full . at this time this was not done our home project still is not satisfactory to us . we request this either b done to our satisfaction or to b monetarily compensated for the unprofessional work and we will have it corrected by another concern . thank you for your prompt action on this matter .

Our work is top quality and we do not describe it in any other fashion the offer to have another contractor view work & give an estimate is for the customer to have a 2nd opinion from a professional to put him at ease. We stand by our work and are just trying to satisfy the customer. [redacted] has our phone/fax & email address as we have been in contact and can forward any estimates from a contractor on a business letter head for consideration.

At this time our offer is to compensate the customer in the amount of one thousand five hundred USD.
