I am rejecting this response because:The salesman Juan agreed and knew that I was paying cash. He told me how much the Cashier's Check needed to be, and who the check was made payable to. There was never a mention of financing until after I arrived to pickup the car.The dealer changed the prearranged deal after I travel to their dealership from [redacted] to pickup the car. They wanted me to pay an additional $3,000 to purchase the car!

Customer did not understand all the terms of the contract. We sat down with [redacted] and explained to her all the terms and she then understood. We came to the agreement that we would cancel her gap insurance contract and refund her the money that was charged for it. She will be receiving her...

check by Wednesday Aug 9th.

The customer has since received his car as well as was reinbursed more than the $1200 for shipping that they had paid.

The payoff has been sent to the bank and will definitely be handled and cleared any day now.
